How does it work?
Within a few hours we will inform you about the FREE pick-up of the LCD’s by UPS.
Shipment is free of charge when you have 100 or more LCDs. View the tips for packaging broken displays here.
Within 5 business days, we will check the cracked LCDs (we test them with original phones) and send you a report by e-mail.
On agreement of the report, you will receive an invoice request. When we have received the invoice, we will pay it within 10 business days.
If you do not agree, we will return all the broken displays free of charge (one shipment only, after that we request a fee. See our conditions).
Quality definitions
of broken LCDs
A/B-quality
No or small imperfections in LCD or backlight. This includes: 1-2 dots max 0.2mm and/or screens with minor signs of age. Light burn-in.
C-quality
LCD that still works, but has more than 1-2 small imperfections in the backlight (this also includes minor pressure damage). Medium or heavy old age symptoms. Medium or heavy burner.
